Privacy Policy

The short version TallyPH does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All computations happen locally on your device. We do not have access to any information you enter into the app.

1. Information We Collect

TallyPH does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app works entirely offline — all salary computations, tax calculations, and freelancer data are processed and stored locally on your device only.

We do not have access to:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your salary, income, or financial data
• Your TIN or any government ID numbers
• Your location
• Any data you enter into the app

2. Advertising

TallyPH uses Google AdMob to display ads to free users. AdMob may collect certain device information and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Pro users who have purchased TallyPH Pro do not see any ads.

3. In-App Purchases

TallyPH offers optional one-time purchases (TallyPH Pro) through Apple App Store and Google Play. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google. We do not receive or store your payment information.

4. Data Storage

Any data you enter into TallyPH — including income entries, expense records, and computation history — is stored locally on your device using your device's secure local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

TallyPH integrates the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements to free users
• Apple App Store / Google Play — for processing in-app purchases

These services have their own privacy policies which govern their data practices.

6. Children's Privacy

TallyPH is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
